The founder of the site is an Economist graduated in 1991 at Florida Atlantics University with some studies in Bank and Finance at Babson College (Boston). Mauricio has been working in the personnel recruiting business for 8 years and he is a partner and founder of Fircroft in the Americas. Achieving great success with each of the offices that has been opened, since its incorporation, including Venezuela, USA (Houston and Fort Lauderdale) and Trinidad.

COO

Systems Engineer graduated in 1986 at Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas-Venezuela). In 1987 he became a Director and founder partner of Consein, CA (Consultants and Engineers). He has been responsible of the operation, advising and operating payroll and Human Resources system, implementing systems in personnel departments in more than 200 companies in Venezuela, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Ecuador. He has a lot of experience in managing personnel, providing and important value to LatinamericanJobs.com at the functional, administrative and technological levels. Likewise, Arie has acquired an outstanding experience in commercialization of Integrated Solutions in the area of technology involving added value in service.

System Engineer graduated in 1986 at Universidad Metropolitana of Venezuela, he was within the first of the graduated group. He is President and Director of Consein C.A. since 1987, being responsible of the administration of the company and the commercial  operation.  He acted as a consultant of one of the main business areas of Consein,  having  received awards of Microsoft Corporation during three years  as the Company of the Year in Venezuela. He has a great experience in the design of software integral solutions and their application in the environment of the organization. He is the System Executive Vice-President of Fondo Común E.A.P., company in which he is in charge of the operations of the System and Organization and Methods area, being responsible of the services offered to the clients and users of the company. His knowledge about the interconnection of microcomputers, e-commerce and Internet, is highly appreciated within the company.

Venezuelan lawyer with the following Masters: Master of Laws (LLM) in International Banking Law at the University of Boston, Master of Law (LLM) at Harvard University, International Tax Program (ITP) at Harvard University. Currently a partner in a leading Venezuelan law firm, he has gained great experience in structuring cross border financial and capital market transactions.  Furthermore, being an advisor to leading technological corporations provides him with a broad understanding for the industry.  His experience makes him a valuable asset to both, the company and its investors.

He studied two masters in Law, one at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas Venezuela) and the other one at Harvard University. He worked as a lawyer in the New York’s offices of one of the biggest law firms of the United Kingdom. Nowadays, he is a partner of a prestigious international Law firm based in the State of Florida of the United States of America and with offices in London and several countries of Latin America. His experience in international corporate legal and commercial transactions makes him a very useful professional for this company. Bernardo also has a lot of experience in matters related with Internet, telecommunications and e-commerce.

System Engineer graduated in 1989 at Universidad Metropolitana of Venezuela, he was within the first 10% of the graduated group. As a Director of the company Consultores e Ingenieros Consein, C.A., since 1987, he has been in charge of  several systems projects in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll, Finances and Insurance. He has also participated in projects of  Management Advisory and  Re-engineering of Technological Platforms in companies of the sectors: Textile, Banking and Insurance. Two years ago, he has become an active participant of the Project of Outsourcing in the area System of Fondo Común, second entity of saving and loan of Venezuela, having the position of Vice-president  of the System Area . His experience allows him to handle successfully the explosive technological growth of the last two semesters.

Graduated with Honors in Systems Engineering, Universidad Metropolitana (1986). Partner and founder of the System General Advisory (SGA) (1986). Partner and founder of Consein, C.A. (1987) where he has been the creator of the Systems of  Value Brokers, Monetary Operations, Bureau Change Operations and Administration of Portfolio. These programs were developed between 1990 and 1994 and installed by Consein, C.A. in more than 30 Venezuelan financial groups. Director of Promotora y Asesora de Fondos de Retiro (PRAFORCA) since  1991.

Computer Sciencie professional from the Universidad Nueva Esparta. Founder and Director of a prestigious Web systems development company in Venezuela. Specialist in Microsoft tools for the development of web aplications. He has worked in aplication development for more than 7 years and  has served as a technical consultant in the design and planification of information systems and websites to numerous Venezuelan companies. Anyway, his  operational range is wider, including colindant diciplines such as knowledge bases, remote systems comunications and industral production systrems among others. Additionally he has worked with security systems and data interchange remote systems.
