MINNEAPOLIS, JUNE 21, 2001 - RecruitUSA Inc. today announced six new strategic international career board partnerships and a portfolio of new brands representing RecruitUSA's presence in four international regions, creating the largest and most wide-reaching job distribution network in the world.
"We began posting jobs to Internet career boards in 1996," said Don Ramer, cofounder and CEO of RecruitUSA, "and these new partnerships show just how far online recruitment - and RecruitUSA - have come in five short years."
Ryan Suhi, Director of International Development for RecruitUSA, added: "We applaud our new international career board partners - TalentManager, JobStreet, JobsDB, LatinAmericanJobs, LatPro and JobShark, who recognize the value in creating a global job distribution network." TalentManager is headquartered in Milan, with a strong presence in Southern Europe. JobStreet and JobsDB are leading job boards in the Asia Pacific region. LatPro and LatinAmericanJobs cater to Latin America, while JobShark has a presence in Canada and Latin America, as well as parts of Europe.
"Due to the significant brand equity established in the RecruitUSA name and associated services, we made the decision to export the theme of our core US brand," Ramer said. "Our portfolio of new international brands reflect the evolution of our services: RecruitEuropaSM, RecruitAsiaPacSM, RecruitCanadaSM and RecruitLatinAmericaSM."

RecruitUSA is also adding the international functionality of major career sites in their existing network, including Monster.com (NASDAQ: TMPW), Headhunter.net (NASDAQ: HHNT), and Hotjobs (NASDAQ: HOTJ). The expected functionality timeframe will be released soon.
